Students will receive thorough guidance by their teachers on which courses would best fit to each student, among various interdisciplinary courses.
Together they will create the custom-made curriculum according to the themes students themselves have set.

  • Students start studying “Core areas & Exploratory areas” in the first year by taking courses among the core Courses.
  • Students learn the latest knowledge and technologie according to their interest ,deeply and widely in the well-balanced transdisciplinary academic fields.

“Your future self” is the starting point to figure out and choose the learning contents that you need now.
When you picture your ideal self, being active in the future society, you might feel you haven’t studied enough. In this college, students are allowed to go back and study the specialized basic subjects even after moving on to the academic knowledge phase.

I would like to work in the field of tourism marketing for visitors to Japan, utilizing statistical data, and I’ve decided to take “Basic Mathematical Statistics,” one of the specialized basic subjects because I believe it will help me analyze statistical data with a new perspective in the future to learn about global climate change.

Go out into society!2.Encounter various people and their values to enhance human drive and ability.

  • Through Practical [JISSEN] & Disciplinary [TANREN] Courses, students learn co-creation within society.
  • From the first year on, students are encouraged to study hand-in-hand with the business world and the wider community, as well as learn from society.
  • From the second year onwards, students are required to participate in either entrepreneur internship, study abroad programs, or international internship programs to gain a lot of experience and acquire practical skills in order to head out into society,

Take the initiative!3.Engage with future issues and take a step toward social transformation.

  • From the mid-third to the fourth year, students link and integrate their knowledge acquired by solving the problems they have set up, and launch demonstration experiments and social implementation projects through internships.
  • Students learn solutions on a platform originated in business and financial institutions.
